The program aims to foster collaboration, informed dialogue, and civic engagement among participants from diverse backgrounds to drive positive change in K-12 public education in New Mexico.

]]> 5205 Community Leaders Graduate from Changemakers Education Fellowship https://nmeducation.org/changemakers-2023/ Wed, 17 May 2023 18:00:00 +0000 https://nmeducation.org/?p=4977 Changemakers is a nine-month fellowship where participants attend five, half-day education learning experiences; one out-of-state trip in the spring to visit high-performing school systems; and at least one school district board meeting in New Mexico. The 2022-23 class graduated 29 fellows from the program who all said they found hope for the future of education through the program.
