APS Board Completes Quarterly Self-Evaluation, Finalizes Union Contracts

The Albuquerque Public Schools Board of Education met on August 2 to evaluate their performance on advancing "Student Outcomes Focused Governance" and to negotiate contracts with the Albuquerque Teachers Federation and Communications Workers of America. The APS-ATF contract was narrowly approved in a four-to-three vote, while the CWA contracts received unanimous support.
